A run covers one retailer, or every retailer on your list when you leave the retailer blank. Runs are counted per run, not per retailer.
Checks a retailer's online store (or every retailer) for Randolph products that are out of stock, emails a suggested restock order in Quebec French when the rules allow it, and sends back the full report with the red attention sections.
Access is by invitation: sign in with your email and, if you are not on the list yet, ask for an invitation from the sign-in page. An invited address receives the free Demo plan.
What every run does
Finds the empty shelf
Works out how to search each retailer's own site, tries barcode and name, and never guesses: a stock status it cannot confirm is reported to you instead of being emailed.
Writes the order in French
Six units a line, barcodes included, total before tax, addressed to the retailer's buyer. Your stock levels, the minimum and the three-week rule are never mentioned to them.
